Auto Start/Stop Disable is not a popular 2025 change

Heads up for 2024+ trucks: many 2024–2026 owners report this change no longer works, and FORScan support has reportedly said Ford blocked it in newer module software. Save your As-Built backup first, and expect it may not take on your truck.

This is a sample of the layout, not a worksheet for your truck. The paid sheet uses the mods you pick and leaves a blank for each original value. You write any change yourself in FORScan.

Sample rows only. A purchased worksheet is built from your year, trim, engine, drivetrain, and selected mods. Worksheet purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

2025 keeps the 2024–2026 nibble positions. Do not switch those rows back to the 2021–2023 line because a forum post is older. The rows that call out both positions still want the later nibble.

The catalog adds Trail Control, limited to Raptor and Tremor, and it is not sold. The warning says it needs compatible hardware and may need more than a single worksheet write, and that the same address carries other driver-assist features on 2021–2024 trucks. Do not point that row at a 2024 truck.

No builder trim or engine changes versus 2024. Subwoofer enable from the 2021–2023 ACM row stays out of range. Model year 2025 does not mean every module on a 2021 page is present; confirm as-built data before writing.

Auto start/stop disable on the power steering module is still listed for 2025, and it is not a recommended change for this year. Many 2024–2026 owners report the write no longer takes, and FORScan support has reportedly said Ford blocked it in newer module software. Back up the original As-Built value first and expect it may not work on this truck.

Which address map should a 2025 F-150 use?

Do I need to back up my 2025 F-150 before writing a worksheet row?

Yes. Save the original as-built values first. The worksheet leaves a blank beside each target so you can record the original. F-Config does not connect to the truck or guarantee that a change is warranty-safe.
