F-Config ("F-Config," "we," "us," or "our") provides a DIY F-150 FORScan worksheet product. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when you use fconfig.com, create an account, build a worksheet, contact support, or purchase digital content.

By using F-Config, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase a worksheet.

  • Support messages, refund requests, feedback, and related communications
  • Optional contact details you choose to provide

Vehicle and Worksheet Information

  • F-150 year, trim, engine, drivetrain, and selected options
  • Selected FORScan modifications, worksheet rows, module names, notes, and saved configurations
  • Backup notes or user-provided details you add to a worksheet or support request

Payment and Order Information

  • Order amount, purchase status, transaction identifiers, and product metadata
  • Billing contact details supplied during checkout
  • Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers

Technical and Usage Information

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from network data
  • Pages visited, links clicked, referring pages, and general usage patterns
  • Error logs, performance data, security events, and diagnostic information

  • Authentication and database services: Supabase stores account, vehicle, worksheet, and configuration data.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel and related infrastructure providers deliver the site and process logs.
  • Email providers: Email tools may send transactional, support, or account messages.
  • Analytics and diagnostics: If enabled, analytics and error-monitoring providers help us understand usage and fix issues.
  • Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, fraud prevention, security investigation, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: Information may be transferred if F-Config is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

These safeguards may include HTTPS encryption, access controls, authentication protections, provider-managed payment security, database access controls, and monitoring for errors or suspicious activity.

No website, database, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your login credentials, and signing out on shared devices.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, deliver purchased digital content, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and chargeback requirements.

If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify information where reasonably possible, but we may retain limited records when required for legitimate business, security, legal, or compliance purposes.

  • Order, payment, tax, refund, and chargeback records may be retained for up to 7 years or longer if required by law.
  • Worksheet access, vehicle profile, and support records are kept while needed to deliver purchased content and handle support or disputes.
  • Security, error, and diagnostic logs are generally kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and provider operations.
  • Marketing email records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, subject to suppression-list and compliance records.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing messages.

F-Config does not sell personal information. If we later use advertising or analytics tools that qualify as "sharing" or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out mechanism.

F-Config is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
