Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

F-Config sells digital DIY worksheet access. Because the worksheet is delivered as digital content and cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

• Changing your mind after purchase is not refundable.
• Incorrect vehicle or mod selections entered by the customer are not refundable.
• Vehicle incompatibility, tool problems, software/license issues, adapter issues, or laptop issues are not refundable.
• Results that vary by year, trim, module, region, software version, or vehicle configuration are not refundable.

3. Limited Exceptions

If you are charged more than once for the same worksheet purchase, see an obvious payment processing error, or cannot access the purchased worksheet because of an F-Config delivery issue, contact us within 7 days. We will review the order and may correct access, resend the worksheet link, reverse a duplicate or erroneous charge, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.

4. How to Request Access Help or Charge Review

1. Email support@fconfig.com.
2. Use the subject line: Worksheet Access Help or Charge Review.
3. Include your checkout email, order/session details, truck profile, and issue summary.
4. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Approved Charge Reversals

If F-Config approves a charge reversal or is required by law to provide one, it will be returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times are outside F-Config control and commonly take 5-10 business days.
